The reason why the company has been established remains the prominent one today; we still aim to help non resident clients to secure mortgages for residential properties in France, Switzerland and further across Europe / rest of the world upon special request.
For this we work with French local banks, international banks in France but also private banks in Switzerland, Monaco, Luxembourg, Andorra and the UK.
The choice of the banking partner is mainly based on the tax residency of the borrower, the financial profile as well as the project; thanks to our expertise we’re able to help in most cases, whether it is a direct ownership scheme or through a company, an existing property or off plan, a holiday home or a rental investment.
Financing residential properties for French residents
Even though helping French residents is not our core business, there are some specific projects we’re happy to work on as we know that it can be challenging even for French residents to finance high end properties, when the personal situation doesn’t tick all the boxes for French banks or when the projected mortgage scheme is difficult to apprehend by a local branch.
In that case we usually work upstream with the clients to anticipate all those possible issues and make ensure the outcome will be positive.

Because a well-managed portfolio of real estate assets should be balanced with residential and commercial properties, it’s important for us to help our clients on this part as well. Regardless of what you purchase within this particular class of asset, there is specific knowledge required. For this, we closely work with long established partners, either exclusive items resellers and brokers, charter companies or dedicated legal and management companies.
Many criteria will be considered by the lenders, such as the brand / builder, year of construction, type, length, legal owner, country of registration, etc…
Offered solution can range from a traditional loan to a lease scheme, LTVs and terms also varying depending on the selected option and the object.
Help for relocation in France
Administrative procedures when buying a property in France can at time be laborious when it comes to subscribing utility contracts or the various declarations that need to be done to State services. We can ease your relocation process by advising and helping you on such matter.
Project management
As part of owning a property there may be a requirement to refurbish it; we can help by selecting some building companies, getting quotes, hiring an architect, and applying for a building permit to the local authorities. The project can include different parameters that we’ll define together at the early stages.
