Origination of the contract
Depending on the kind of service requested, the contract will be adapted. When applying to a mortgage or for any financial advice, we kindly request our customer to fill in a detailed Know Your Customer form so we have all the necessary intel to fulfill our mission.
As we conform with all GDPR guidelines registration, your information is not transferred to other parties without your consent and is safely stored for internal use only.
All contracts contain the necessary general and legal information and will be jointly signed by Norde Finance Ltd and by the customer prior to the start of any work.
Fees
Our fee policy varies depending on the financial solution requested.
Norde Finance Ltd typically charges a percentage of the total borrowed amount.
For other services, we either charge by the time spent or a lump sum depending on the complexity.
Regarding wealth management services, fee will be determined in accordance with the project.
Ending a contract
A contract can be terminated at any time by sending an appropriate letter or email detailing the request and the reason.
